Account Manager.

About the role

As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be on hotel acquisition. We are therefore looking for a motivated Account Manager who is passionate about helping hoteliers increase their online bookings and reduce their manual work.

In this role, you will be the preferred contact for hoteliers seeking support with their systems via phone, video calls or email. You will not only provide friendly and accurate service, but also share your knowledge about the hotel connectivity ecosystem with our customers and business partners (OTA/PMS/GDS). You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of our company by acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio of great hotels.

  • You will independently compile a list in the CRM of potential customers in a proactive and considered manner and call them with the aim of getting the hotels interested in our product portfolio.

  • You enthusiastically recruit prospects through telephone and/or personal contact.

  • You identify and report developments in the hotel market.

  • You conduct evaluation/renewal interviews with current customers.

  • You generate additional sales through upselling and cross-selling.

About you

  • You are someone who takes initiative to fill diaries, without necessarily resorting to cold calling, but are able to do so when necessary.

  • You enjoy getting to know new hoteliers and are not afraid to call a stranger.

  • After a familiarisation period, you are excited to speak to and help hotels on a daily basis.

  • You get excited about signing a deal and see it as a challenge to expand our portfolio of hotels.

  • You are interested in learning all about hotel technology systems and connectivity.

  • You are willing to work with marketing and instruct external agencies when necessary to fill the engagement funnel.
