Project Co-ordinator
About the role
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects for both clients and internal stakeholders from initiation through to completion.
You will play a key role in supporting projects for new and existing clients, guiding them through each stage of the process. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, you will oversee project tasks, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure successful delivery.
In addition to client-facing projects, you may also be involved in internal initiatives such as system migrations, upgrades, and process improvements.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across all business areas to ensure smooth project execution for our clients.
What you will do
Project Management & Delivery
Manage a variety of assigned projects from initiation through to successful completion
Create, maintain, and monitor detailed project timelines to ensure milestones are achieved
Own and manage the overall project structure, including tasks, workflows, and checklists
Update and maintain tasks across all relevant internal and external systems
Regularly assess project status and proactively address risks or bottlenecks
Schedule and successfully deliver project go-lives, including final system checks
Prepare and coordinate comprehensive handovers to Client facing teams
Client Relationship & Communication
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Build and maintain strong client relationships during the project phase, demonstrating strong client management skills
Guide clients through each stage of the project to ensure clarity and alignment
Schedule and lead project kick-off calls (internal and client-facing)
Conduct regular project update calls and provide clear progress reports
Conduct client system training sessions and support clients during implementation
Assist in gathering, managing, and responding to client feedback during the project
System & Website Projects
Manage website projects, including upgrades and enhancements
Oversee system go-lives and ensure all checks are completed successfully
Maintain accurate project documentation for both clients and internal teams
Ensure strong working knowledge of all company systems to support ad-hoc queries and project requirements
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Projects, Web Development, Design, Marketing, Sales, Client Success
Provide regular internal updates to stakeholders via appropriate internal platforms
Assist with Ad Hoc tasks within the division as required
Support and contribute to internal initiatives such as migration projects and system upgrades
Continuous Improvement
Support the Team Manager in continuously improving the overall customer website project journey
Suggest and implement improvements to project workflows, processes, and client training materials
Proactively develop knowledge across CMS platforms and all company systems to enhance project delivery
About you
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project Coordination or Project Management
Proven experience working on projects in a structured, deadline-driven environment
CMS knowledge and hands-on experience with image resizing, compressing, and cropping
Available for a full-time position
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken); German is a plus

Strong analytical and coordination skills with high attention to detail
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
