Project Administrator
About the role
As a Project Support Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of client projects. You will be responsible for updating and managing content and images across client websites and booking engines during the project phase.
A core part of your role will involve formatting and optimising content and visual assets to ensure all deliverables meet best practice guidelines and quality standards defined by the Project Manager.
In addition to client-focused responsibilities, you may also provide support on internal initiatives such as system migrations and platform upgrades.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time.
What you will do
Content Management & System Updates
Populate and update content across client websites and booking engines using proprietary content management systems, ensuring best practice standards are consistently applied
Format and optimise text and images to ensure accurate front-end display and a high-quality user experience
Develop a strong understanding of the CMS and booking engine functionality, and how system features impact final outputs
Identify and request fixes when website or booking engine issues affect the display or performance of content
Project Support & Delivery
Support the Project Team with project-related tasks and issue resolution
Work closely with the Projects Team to deliver content within established timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule
Manage workload effectively across multiple projects simultaneously
Client Training & Collaboration
Conduct client training sessions on the CMS and booking engine during the project phase
Collaborate closely with colleagues within the Projects Team and across other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Assist with other related tasks and initiatives as required by management
About you
Experience & Knowledge
Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) is essential
Understanding of core principles of image resizing, cropping, and compressing, with the ability to use relevant online tools confidently
Strong interest in website design, and website builds
Previous experience working with CMS platforms is highly advantageous
Skills & Competencies
Excellent time management and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken); German is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes accurately
